Ken is a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in open pit mine operations, planning, cost estimation, mining contract management and project development. He has worked all over the world in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and New Caledonia. His experience includes coal, nickel, gold and copper mining.

David Krinke - BE(Mining), Grad DipBus, Grad DipEngSc (Petroleum), MAusIMM (CP), RPEQ - Mining

David Krinke is a seasoned Mining Engineer with over 27 years of experience in open-cut coal and iron ore mining. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering and graduate diplomas in Business and Petroleum Engineering. As Director at MineOp Consulting, he leads mine planning, scheduling, financial analysis, and project management, while mentoring engineers. David has provided strategic planning for global mining firms and served as an expert witness in legal proceedings.

Vanessa Cox - BE(Mining), Masters Eng Mgmt, MAusIMM(CP), RPEQ - Mining

Vanessa Cox is a Principal Mining Engineer with over 25 years of experience in open-cut coal mining. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) and a Master of Engineering Management. Vanessa specialises in mine planning, scheduling, financial analysis, and operational strategy. Her career reflects a strong ability to deliver strategic insights and engineering solutions across diverse mining operations.

Joe Kelly - BE(Mining)

Joe Kelly is a Principal Mining Engineer with over 25 years of experience in open-cut coal mining. He has led major projects, including the development of a 13mtpa greenfield site and the world's first integration of autonomous haulage systems with manned fleets. Joe’s expertise spans strategic mine planning, scheduling, and operational optimisation.

Brett Mason - AssDip Survey

Brett Mason is a qualified Surveyor with over 25 years of work experience in both civil and mining. For thepast 22 years Brett has worked in the mining sector in multiple roles of engineering and surveying.
